#510 – Moving On to a Healthy and Thriving Life! with Michele Kambolis
Michele experienced a lot of trauma in her early childhood that she tried to get away from by getting jobs to educate herself. She decided to become a therapist inspired by the help she got when she was a teenager. She built her practice and grew it enough to support herself and her children after her divorce. She wanted to share everything she had learned with more people, so she got her Ph.D. and began looking for ways to share with more people through meditation. She also created a clinic that provides counseling for a wide range of clients.
Here’s what we talked about:
-The support she got to process the trauma from her childhood
-Wanting to be rescued in relationships
-Healing through awareness
-Anxiety being so strong it becomes paralyzing
-Growing her practice to be able to leave her marriage
-What makes her relationship with her partner balanced
-Meditation as a way of life
