We tend to push these emotions aside and distract ourselves, or let them overwhelm us… whether it's anxiety, anger, resentment, unhappiness or something else. Blaming someone else for your feelings or hoping their actions will create a change within you will get you nowhere. It all comes from within. And that's actually the good news because YOU have the power to change it.
The only way to combat them is to Acknowledge, Accept, Create.
